We want you to have a pleasant and worry-free shopping experience. As we're currently expanding our warehouse operations, orders ship from our international fulfillment center. Here's everything you need to know about delivery.

*Free shipping on orders of $49 or more. Orders under $49 have a flat rate of $4.95.

Processing and delivery happen Monday through Friday. Weekends and public holidays are not included. During peak periods (sales, holidays), delivery may take up to 20 business days.

2Shipping Details

Order cutoff: Place your order before 3:00 PM for same-day processing. Orders after 3:00 PM are processed the next business day.

Shipping area: We currently ship to the United States.

Carriers: We work with reliable shipping partners to make sure your order arrives safely and on time.

3Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can check the status of your package anytime:

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipping. If you haven't received a tracking number within 2 business days, contact us at support@duuwe.com.

4Address Changes

Need to change your delivery address? Contact us as soon as possible, no later than 24 hours after placing your order. After this window, changes may not be possible as your order could already be in processing.

5Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? We understand. A 15% processing fee applies to cancellations, as orders are processed immediately and create costs that can't be reversed (payment processing, logistics, handling). You'll receive 85% of the purchase price back within 14 days.

In special circumstances, we may waive this fee. This is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If your order has already shipped, you can still return it through our standard return process.

6Unclaimed or Refused Packages

If a package is refused at delivery or not picked up from a service point, it will be returned to us automatically.

A small processing fee (up to $10.33) may apply to cover return costs. For full details, see our Refund & Return Policy.
